Screener
Screen financial health, valuation and growth. Filing-based scores and market data are refreshed separately, so each figure has a clear source and age.
How this screen works
How do I find financially healthy companies?
Start with a preset — Financial health ranks companies on profitability, debt, cash and accounting quality out of 10. Then narrow it with a maximum P/E, minimum F-Score or sector. Fundamental scores come from filings; price-based fields such as P/E and market value come from the separate market-data refresh.
What does the health score actually measure?
Four fundamental dimensions are averaged: profitability, growth, debt coverage and accounting quality. The score is based on the latest annual filing and does not incorporate the current share price or market valuation.
Quick screens
Financial health
Strong finances across profitability, debt and accounting quality, and improving on most standard checks.
Growth
Sales up sharply on last year, without obvious financial strain.
Value
Making real money, but priced modestly against those profits.
Dividend
Returns cash to shareholders and stays financially sound.
Quality
High margins and returns, carried on a moderate balance sheet.
Red flags
Companies showing financial distress or unusual accounting. Shown so they are not a surprise, not as targets.
What “Growth” looks for
- Revenue up 15% or more on the previous year
- A health score of at least 5, so the growth is not arriving with obvious strain
What it does not tell you
Whether the growth is profitable or can last. One strong year can come from an acquisition, and growth in earnings per share and free cash flow is not screened here.
